What is Yanxing Flow?
Yanxing Flow is a gentle movement practice that combines breath, body awareness, and natural flow.
Through mindful movement, participants cultivate ease, strength, and inner balance while reconnecting with themselves, others, and the environment.
Yanxing is a mind-body practice rooted in traditional Chinese Daoyin (guiding and nourishing exercises), combined with principles of dance-based body training.
Inspired by the natural movement of geese in flight, the practice guides participants to return to a state of natural flow, building balance between movement and stillness, body and mind.
Through gentle and continuous movements paired with natural breathing, the body gradually releases tension, restores alignment, and cultivates a sense of inner calm and focusโhelping to relieve long-term stress and fatigue.
