采鸟申之意,取象雁形 / Inspired by the grace and rhythm of the wild goose

“雁形·基础九式”是一套以中国传统导引术为基础,融合 舞蹈身体训练理念的发展性身心课程。
课程遵循中国传统“观物象形、象形取意”的思维方式,通过模仿大雁舒展飞行的姿态,引导身体回归自然流动的状态,在动与静之间建立身与心的平 衡。

在温和而连贯的动作中,配合自然呼吸练习,使身体逐渐恢复中正与放松,气息顺畅流通,在张弛起伏之间培养内在的安定感与专注力,帮助缓解长期紧张与疲劳。

Wild Goose Flow – Basic 9 Movements” is a mind-body practice rooted in traditional Chinese Daoyin (guiding and nourishing exercises), combined with principles of dance-based body training.
Inspired by the natural movement of geese in flight, the practice guides participants to return to a state of natural flow, building balance between movement and stillness, body and mind.

Through gentle and continuous movements paired with natural breathing, the body gradually releases tension, restores alignment, and cultivates a sense of inner calm and focus—helping to relieve long-term stress and fatigue.
